You understand that individual results vary and that no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and integration of any information, practices, or teachings shared within the program.
All purchases of The Inner Alchemy Process™ are final. Due to the nature of this online program, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, emotional readiness, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or non-participation. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.
By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full schedule of payments. Your card will be automatically charged according to the agreed-upon payment schedule, and payments cannot be canceled or refunded once initiated. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date for the duration of the plan.

We reserve the right to revoke access to The Inner Alchemy Process™ without refund if a participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, violates community guidelines, or compromises the safety, integrity, or intention of the container.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Oliviah Shaffer and Soothe Wellness from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in The Inner Alchemy Process™, including but not limited to any physical, emotional, mental, or energetic effects that may arise.

This program is hosted on Podia, a third-party platform that collects and processes certain personal data in order to provide course access, manage accounts, and process payments. Podia’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.podia.com/privacy. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, and your payment information is not stored by Soothe Wellness.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
